MEMBER SURVEY

The SIM DFW Program Committee would like to collect your feedback on the time you most prefer to attend SIM DFW Program Meetings. We want to offer meeting times that work with the schedules and preferences of our membership body.  We are also interested to see if offering varying meetings times throughout the year would be well received.  The program meetings will occur in the Addison, TX area for the near future typically on a Monday.  Please select a choice with each drop-down to force rank your choice of times in the order of your preference.
